When we eat healthy, we can lose weight faster and happily.

1. Almond 

Almond has Vitamin B, Magnesium, and Potassium,

so it is effective in controlling blood sugar levels.

Also, it has lots of healthy fat.

If you partake a proper amount of it everyday, 

it will help you to lose weight.

2. Sweet Potatoes

They have healthy carbs that help you to digest well.

7. Kale

Kale has magnesium, iron, Vitamin B. Kale has less protein and vitamin content

compared to spinach, but they are very similar.
