2. Mix Brown sugar and Vinegar in 1:1 ratio and Boil until brown sugar 

completely dissolves. Let it cool about 30 min.

3. Put sliced bananas in the suitable jar and pour vinegar+sugar mixture in.







You can start eating it very next day!












With finished product, you can use any kind of food.

Just Blend Banana, milk, slices of pine apple and a two tablespoons of Banana vinegar!



You can have a delicious and healthy banana smoothie.

[Yakson House] How to slim big muscular calves







The reasons for large calf muscles (gastronomic and soleus muscles) can include 

the following:



1. GENETIC 














2. Exercise 

Repetitive activity involving walking on the balls of your feet (i.e. bearing your weight on 

the front of the foot), may lead to building up of the calf muscles. Avoid any activity, 

which forces heavy use of the balls of your feet (this includes walking in high heels!)




3. Gain

you could have your gait analyzed, as it may be a possibility that you are overusing your 

calf muscles when walking. This may be because you are overcompensating for weak 

surrounding muscles. If the muscle at the front of your lower leg i.e. shins is weak/ 

overstretched, strengthening them, will help lengthen the calf muscle. 







Many women strive for sexy, toned calf muscles. While some find it difficult for their calf 

muscles to grow and become toned, others complain their calf muscles are too large, 

and they search for ways to reduce the muscle bulk. 



















STEP. 1

Change lifestyle habits to reduce the size of calf muscles. Avoid walking in high heels, 

on uneven surfaces or in unsupported shoes. All of which contribute to large calf 

muscles. 

Do not stand for long periods of time which can reduce blood circulation to your calf 

muscles. Reduced blood circuylation may cause toxins to build up in your lower leg 

muscles. 






STEP. 2

Perform cardio exercises. Although it is a common misconception that any full body 

exercise will work the calf muscles and therefore strengthen them, this is incorrect. 

Cardio exercises will shape your legs, burn overall fat, improve flexibility and tone calf 

muscles. Cardio exercises will not create bulky calf muscles. After exercising, be sure to 

stretch calf muscles for at least five minutes.

Hello, How are you doing?

I recently took a trip with my crew of friends over the weekend. 











The weather here in Korea got warmer and was so nice to be outside breathing in Fresh 

air!

I have been waiting for this moment.

With the work piled on my desk, my stress was at its peak. 


Even if it was a short period of time, I had so much fun!

[Yakson House] How to lose weight while eating more food





One of the most common pitfalls to weight loss is an all-or-nothing approach aimed at 

dropping pounds in a hurry. 

When you start an unrealistic diet plan, you quickly learn that such diets lead to nagging 

hunger and cravings for forbidden foods. After a few weeks of this, most people return 

to their old eating habits, complaining that "diets don't work." But what if you could 

actually lose weight by eating more food simply by making a few changes to your 

everyday food choices?







Here are seven choices that will help you lose weight while eating more food and will 

satisfy your taste buds at the same time. 










1. Whole grain foods


Whole grain foods such as whole wheat, brown rice, whole grain breads, cereals, and 

waffles are a much better choice than refined white foods because they're generally 

higher in fiber, more nutritious, and more filling. 













2. Foods high in water



Foods high in water are naturally low in calories because of their fluid content. 

Fruits, vegetables, soups, gelatins, and hot cereal are 80% - 95% water, while 

foods like yogurt, puddings, eggs, pasta, beans, and seafood are 60% - 75% water. 













3. Lower fat foods


Lower fat foods can really add up to calorie savings because fat has more 

than twice the calories of protein or carbohydrates. And when you take out 

some, but not necessarily all of the fat, foods still taste great. 

Light mayonnaise, light salad dressings, and lower fat diary are all easy ways to cut 

calories while satisfying your taste buds.

French onion dip or Cheez Whiz have 60 - 90 calories. But if you switch to salsa, 

hummus, or fat free bean dip you can enjoy more satisfying dips for 15- 50 calories per 

2 tablespoons and are more likely to eat a reasonable portion.
