sleep better at night. 

Also, the root of beauty is sleeping.

It is recommend to work out in the morning rather than at night

because night exercises will make you too energetic to sleep.



























5. Drink a Big Glass of Water.


Dehydration not only makes your body stop working properly

but also messes with the way your skin looks.

After you sleep for many hours, your body needs fluids.

Start the day with a tall glass of water will definitely benefit you!


























6. Sunscreen.


You know you should put on sunscreen daily even when it's cloudy.

You girls might say you put on makeup everyday

that has sun protection (SPF).

However, the amount of sun protection in your make up

is not enough to protect the strong sun in the summer!























7. Choose a fragrance with citrus.


Using a citrus-scented perfume or body lotion can help jump-start your day.

It's found that citrus fragrances reduce stress

your bone to be stronger and your body to absorb calcium
because of the increase of vitamin D in our body






















However, the sunlight can cause skin aging,  skin cancer, and etc
when you are exposed to it for a long time.

















Ultraviolet rays, often called UV rays, can be divided into
three different types, which is

A, B, C. 



Only A and B affects people.

A accelerates skin aging such as 
wrinkles, pigmentation, fall of elasticity.
















B is the one that burns the skin in a short time.


















How to Use the Sunscreen Smart


1. Apply the sunscreen 30 mins before you go outside.

2. It will keep doing its job as long as you reapply every 2 or 3 hours.

3. About a coin size of sunscreen should be applied evenly.
















SPF of sunscreen represents 
how long the sunscreen can protect the skin.


SPF 20 can protect the skin for 400 mins,
which is more than 6 hours.













PA means Protection Grade of UV-A.

UV-A accelerates darkening of the skin, wrinkles, and skin aging.
Out of these three, PA+, ++, +++,
PA +++ is the one that can protect your skin for a longer time.

Today's posting will be about 5 remedies for blackheads.

Everyone has blackheads
but they become bigger and bigger as you get old, huh?




















There are many medical treatments and cosmetics 
that can help you treat blackheads.

But, you can also try a natural remedy made with simple ingredients
 you certainly already have in your kitchen.




















1.    Cinnamon


Cinnamon can be used with confidence to prevent or remove blackheads.


1. mix one teaspoon cinnamon with honey 

2. apply the paste on the affected areas. 

3. Leave the paste overnight and rinse it on the morning.





















2.    Baking soda


Besides treating acne, baking soda is wonderful for treating blackheads as well.



1. Mix 2 teaspoons baking soda with sparkling water until you obtain a thick paste. 


2. Apply it on your nose, or wherever you have blackheads
 and leave it until it gets dry.  

3. Rinse with warm water.
























3.    Lemon juice


You can make a facial scrub with lemon juice, honey and yogurt. 



1. Mix all the ingredients.

2. Massage with the mixture until it starts to dry. 

3. Gently clean your face.

















4.    Green tea


You need a few dry leaves of green tea. 



1. Mix them with little water until you obtain a paste.

2. Gently rub the paste on the spots where you have blackheads,.

3. Leave it to act for 3-4 minutes. 

4. Then rinse with warm water.





















5. Honey


The honey helps moisturize and have a clear complexion.


1. Apply simple honey on your face for 10 minutes. 

2. Then rinse with warm water.
