How many hours do you #sleep on average?

Good tea for pregnant women,

Plum tea

[YAKSON] THE REASONS OF THE SWELLING ON YOUR FACE.

If your face is swollen when you wake up in the morning, especially when you have an important schedule, it would be a big worry.

[YAKSON] GOOD FOODS FOR BONE HEALTH


The bones hold the center of the body and protect it.
So it is important to straighten up one’s posture.

What foods are good for bones and joints?




Green tea

Green tea contains sulfated substances, so if you drink 3 to 4 cups of green tea a day, it will slow down the onset of rheumatoid arthritis.
