It's much better for you to eat less salty when you are on your period.




































2. Work out, work out


If you feel way too uncomfortable with bloating, try exercising for sure!

3. Don't get close to alcohol or coffee


We know we love beer and coffee, or any other drinks with alcohol
and caffeine. However when you suffer from PMS, then try to 
avoid alcohol or coffee. These will rather soak the water inside your body.
You need to drink more water instead in order to reduce bloating. 





























4. Eat more veggies and fruits


This can't be anymore emphasized. 
We do know that these stuff can't do anyharm to us but good. 
The fresher and healthier food like fruits and veggies you take,
