sweet potato is the one to keep the balance of your physical health.

2. Quinoa


Quinoa is a kind of high-protein grains that is rich in 
essential amino acids, fiber and magnesium.
Also, quinoa contains great amount of chemical compound known as flavonoid; 
this surely is helpful for preventing cancer, depression and so on.
