Today, I have brought the 7 beauty habits that we need to do every morning!

Let's be diligent every morning to become beautiful!

1. Eat Some Protein.

Trade your bread or bagel for eggs or Greek yogurt.

It was found that eating a high-protein breakfast helped women to stay

fuller longer and avoid overeating later in the day.

2. Mist Your Face

Keep a bottle of water mist both at home and in your purse. 

Spritz your face with the cool moisture as the first thing to do in the morning.

The chilly mist will help bring down morning puffiness

and leave you the feelings of brightness.

3. Drink Green Tea

Green tea is packed with flavonoids, a type of antioxidant,

which have been shown to slow aging.

It is the best way to get caffeine boost in the morning.

4. Move Your Body.

Many studies have shown that women who exercise in the morning 

sleep better at night. 

Also, the root of beauty is sleeping.

It is recommend to work out in the morning rather than at night

because night exercises will make you too energetic to sleep.

5. Drink a Big Glass of Water.

Dehydration not only makes your body stop working properly

but also messes with the way your skin looks.

After you sleep for many hours, your body needs fluids.

Start the day with a tall glass of water will definitely benefit you!

6. Sunscreen.

You know you should put on sunscreen daily even when it's cloudy.

You girls might say you put on makeup everyday

that has sun protection (SPF).

However, the amount of sun protection in your make up

is not enough to protect the strong sun in the summer!

7. Choose a fragrance with citrus.

Using a citrus-scented perfume or body lotion can help jump-start your day.

It's found that citrus fragrances reduce stress

 and even help boost immune function.
