[YAKSON] HOW TO TONE YOUR BUTT / BUTT EXERCISE / BUTT LIFT CARE / YAKSON



Hello Yakson Beauties!

Now The weather is getting hotter and hotter!
I believe many of you are planning to have a summer vacation soon ;).

To be prettier on the beach, it might be necessary to have a pretty butt!

There are several exercises to tone your butt up!
Shall we start now?! :P




1. Heel sky raise

Lift one leg from your butt.
Slowly raise the leg from the ground
and put it down to the ground. 
Repeat it for 1 minute.
Switch your leg and repeat the exercise for 1 minute.



2. Dumbbell lunge 

Lunge is one of the best exercise to tone your butt.
It will be greater if you do a lunch with a dumbbell.
Bend one of your knees making 90 degree angles
and then stand up while holding a dumbbell.
Do 3 sets of 20 reps.



3. Squat

Squat is also one of the best exercise for your butt.
The important thing is you should make sure to keep your back straight
while you do a squat.
Send your butt back like you are sitting on a chair and stand up!
Repeat it for 1 minute as well :)
