away from it.








Choosing a blanket that
keeps you warm and 
comfortable.

Best sleep in between 62-70 F











drink a cup of water
before going to bed


it is relaxing and 
rejuvenating.










Turn off your phone.


I know I already mentioned 
about this already.

As I said before,
it will bother your brain wave,
then you can't fall in deep sleep. 









Sleep in total darkness.


Melatonine and 
the sleep hormone are 
produced in the dark.










Schedule your important plans
for the morning.

It can be planning an exciting 
breakfast or
what to wear tomorrow.

You will be excited to
get up and do it.
