[YAKSON HOUSE] TIPS TO PREVENT INSOMNIA / HEALTHY TIPS / HOW TO SLEEP WELL


















We often say we can't sleep well since it's too hot during the summer,
but you need to be more aware of the fact that there're much more 
various reasons why we often experience insomnia.

Let's figure out why and try to beat the problem! :)





















1. Watching TV

Don't we all have experiences watching TV until really late night? 
What happens next is that you eventually can't fall asleep right away after.
The lights coming out from the TV irritates your sleeping pattern. 
UV rays from the TV prevents our bodies from creating melatonin 
which allows us to fall asleep. 

So we shouldn't watch TV till real late night in order to beat insomnia. 
Plus, it's much better for you not to watch 
violent or provocative programs before bed 
since it will disturb your sleeping pattern!




















2. Drinking coffee

Be warned, coffee-lovers. You shouldn't drink coffee after dinner.
If you consume caffeine which has stimulating effect, 
it will most likely affect your sleeping pattern for more than 6 hours.
It will eventually cause you insomnia!
So let's not forget to stay away from coffee 
and other caffeine-related products before bed!
  



















3. Smartphones

Most of us do use smartphones all the time. 
Many of us also bring our smartphones to bed right before sleep. 
Now, this is pretty bad habit for effective sleeping pattern.
If you glance on your phone too closely, it will interrupt melatonin to circulate. 

Don't you feel even more worn out in the next morning when you used your phone
right before bed? So let's try not to use your phone in order to sleep well!



















4. Hunger

We all know that we do feel hungry at late night.
Hunger is one of the aspects of insomnia as well since it lowers blood sugar level 
and secrets adrenalin that keeps us awake. 

It's much better for us to have fresh veggies, meat or fish 
in order to stabilize blood sugar levels. 

It's also a solid fact that we should not consume anything couple hours before bed, 
because it will make your stomach very uncomfortable during the night!
