[YAKSON] LOWER BODY DIET

It is summer! And the weather is getting hotter and hotter. People are working on a diet to go on summer vacations. The most difficult parts when people go on a diet is the lower body parts such as thighs, calves, and hips. In particular, lower body obesity is often regarded as a problem for many women.
Therefore, for those who are worried about the lower body diet, today, I will introduce how to lose the weight of lower body parts.


Lower body diet 1.
Thighs

In the case of the thighs, you can effectively lose weight through stretching.
In the case of thigh exercises, it is better to refrain from too hard exercising because hard exercise can increase excessive muscles on thighs. Thigh fats are closely related to lifestyle such as eating habits, so it is necessary to improve steady lifestyle.


Lower body diet 2.
Calves

Gait, posture, wrong eating habits, and lifestyle can be related to calf shapes. 
To remove unnecessary calf fat, stretching using a tool such as foam rollers is recommended. First, lay down or sit down and roll the foam roller from the Achilles tendon to your hips and repeat as needed.
Another way is to have a foot bath. If you put a vinegar into the water when you take a foot bath, and take a foot bath for 10 minutes or more, you can not only increase skin elasticity but also make slim calves.



Lower body diet 3.
Hips

It is helpful to use the stairs rather than using an elevator.
However, when walking up the stairs, it is important to flex your heels and hips.
A simple exercise such as squat can also help you lose the lower body weight. Or you can sit down on a baseball or golf ball and massage with it while watching television at home, you can relax your muscles and raise your hip muscle strength.
