Winter has come and it’s freezing outside. Also, cold winds will be blowing on the streets. Your skin easily gets damaged because of the cold wind.
It is also a good idea to drink lots of warm water or grow some plants to raise the humidity to take care of your skin, but it is also great to have natural homemade face pack.
So today, I’d like to introduce you how to make natural handmade packs.

1. Orange Pack
Orange is rich in organic acid and fructose, and the orange is effective in moisturizing the skin and also excellent in the whitening effect which makes the spots diminished.

Ingredients: orange, seaweed powder, & plain yogurt

How to make: Mix the seaweed powder and yoghurt well and mix the blended orange. Apply it evenly over the face and after 20 minutes, wash it in cold water.

2. Avocado Pack
Avocados are rich in minerals and vitamin E, which helps to prevent skin aging by inhibiting free radicals. Especially, it has an effect on improving skin elasticity helping the skin smooth and shiny. And also it helps keeping moisture in the skin, if you have a very dry skin, avocado pack is a great way to keep your skin healthy.

Ingredients: 1/2 avocado, 1 teaspoon of honey

How to make: Cut the avocado in half and crush 1/2 of it with a spoon. Add 1 teaspoon of honey, mix well and spread evenly over the face. After 10 minutes, wash your face with cold water.

3. Apple Pack
Apple pack helps reducing the secretion of sebum, makes the skin clean and smooth. At the same time, it is effective for the skin, which lost its elasticity and the sensitive skin. The fruit acid contained in the apple peels and cleans the pores. It also removes skin wastes in a short time, your skin gets smoother.

Ingredients: apples, flour, plain yogurt

How to make: After finely grate the apples, mix the flour and yogurt, adjust the concentration, spread out evenly, and wash with lukewarm water 20 minutes later.

4. Grape pack
Grapes that prevent skin cell destruction and soften your skin are abundant in organic acids such as glucose and malic acid, so it helps exfoliate and clean the skin.

Ingredients: grapes, facial cream, honey

How to make: After remove the skins from the grapes, crush it for only juice, mix facial cream and honey well. Spread evenly over the face, neck, and upper chest, and rinse off after 20 minutes.

5. Honey Pack
Honey is rich in vitamins, amino acids and minerals, so it is good for nourishing the skin. It is also rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B, and has good skin nutrition and good supply. It is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin B, and Calcium. It can prevent aging skin based on its strong antioxidant effect. It helps skin regeneration and makes a healthy skin.

Ingredients: honey, flour, milk

How to make: Add one spoon of flour, honey, and milk, mix them well and spread evenly over the entire face. After about 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
