1. Drink green tea.

You can burn 70 calories for 1 day if you drink green tea everyday.
If it becomes 1 year, you can lose up to 3.3 kg!






2. Reduce liquid calories.

If you eat something like a pasta (solid calories),
you'll feel full and satisfied.
But if you drink cappuccino, although it has lots of calories,
it will be difficult for you to feel full.





3. Get enough sleep.

Lack of sleep means you are accumulating fat.
According to a research, people who slept for 4 hours have
lower metabolism than people who slept for 8 hours.
