1. When you watch TV, straighten your back.

It consumes more calories (1.5 times)
 than watching TV leaning on the sofa.





2. Move around when you are on the phone.

Just walk around the park or your house when you are on the phone.
In spite of yourself, you will be consuming calories.





3. have a meal for 20 minutes.

Having a meal slowly is the easiest and fastest way to lose weight.
Set up a timer and have a meal for 20 minutes.
You will easily feel full for sure. :)
