[YAKSON] HOW TO HAVE A DEEP SLEEP / HEALTH TIP / BEAUTY TIP / BODY CARE / SKIN CARE
Dear YAKSON's beauties,
I believe that you are already aware of the importance of a deep sleep for your skin.
Today, we will let you know how to have a deep sleep. :)
1. Spend some time in the sun during the day.
It will accelerate the secretion of melatonin which helps your deep sleep. Take a walk or exercise for at least 15 minutes in the sun.
2. Do not take a nap for more than 30 minutes.
If you take a nap for more than 30 minutes, you might feel difficult to wake up right away. Moreover, you might feel more tired after a long nap.
3. Wake up at the same time everyday.
It is the most important way for you to have a deep sleep.
Although you didn't keep the sleeping time,
you would better wake up at the same time to maintain your bio-rhythm.
If you feel that you should sleep more,
you can catch up on sleep by having a nap in the daytime.
Then, have a beautiful skin with a good sleep. :)
