effective diet!







Before breakfast


Before having breakfast,
I recommend squeezing 
one fresh lemon 
into a glass of cold water.

It purifies and detoxes
your body from toxins.







Breakfast


The best time to eat fruits is
in the morning
when the sugars from 
fruits are distributed 
through out body.




Lunch


You can get a slice of meat.

the trick is to avoid bread
during your lunch and
get two cups of milk or yogurt.

Limit your side dish and
get few veggies.







Snack


Instead of going all chips
or chocolate,
make a fresh season salad.

A pinch of salt and
some olive oil is fine




Dinner


Dinner is your last meal.

The important key is
consuming your dinner
before 6pm.

If your dinner consists of
proteins and healthy nutrients,
it won't be that hard to
survive after 6pm.








After dinner


Dose your tea
between 6pm 
and bed time.
