[YAKSON HOUSE] FACTS THAT ALWAYS MAKE YOU TIRED / HEALTHY TIPS / FATIGUE MANAGEMENT

If we think not enough sleep is the only cause that makes
us tired, then try to think in different angle. Many thoughts
and activities we do often affect our physical and mental
fatigue level. This didn't just happen all at once. They all
happened to be built up little by little.

If you approach to find better ways to
cope fatigue by being alert with
these facts below, you'll get through your tired days!

1. Caffeine-dependent

Actually it's not a bad thing to enjoy coffee everyday,
if it's not too much. Probably couple to 3 cups.
However, if you consume more than that on regular basis,
it will definitely make you forcefully stay awake at unnecessary times.
It's better for you to cut down on coffee and other caffeine-related
drinks if you want to feel relatively fresher.

2. Cluttered desk

If you look at your desk and realize and say, "Wow, it's so messy."
Then you better start cleaning up right away.
People usually say it's still ok to have messy desk and
they can find stuff wherever they can, but it's actually blocking
your ability to focus and properly think through the tasks.
Of course, this will make you tired!
If you don't wanna get stressed out all at once,
try organizing them step by step. Also, try to categorize
your stuff so that you can easily spot them.

3. Junk food-dependent

If you live on too much fast food, your blood sugar level
will increase enormously. If this happens, your fatigue level
will also sharply increase. Let's try to control sugar level
by consuming more protein and grains like whole wheat.
Of course, more fruit as well!

4. Trying to be perfect all the time

There are many of us who want to be perfect all the time.
Possessing the ability to stay focused and achieve every goal
is a good thing, but most of the time it actually is dragging
you down in great level. If you put a bit more effort to
manage your time on tasks and give yourself a brief break
once in a while, then you'll be able to manage fatigue
much more effectively.
