Bloating might be one of the most bothering symptoms of 
PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome).
We all most likely know that there are t
ons of different types of symptoms related to your period. 
Some might not have such problems, how lucky!
Others do suffer however. In order for us to alleviate bloating, you can
follow the tips below to make you feel much better later on! :) 
































1. Avoid way too salty food


Try to avoid food with too much salt involved. This might 
worsen your cramp and bloating issues.
When you have instant food like cup noodles or 
too greasy and salty food like pizza or hamburger,
don't you feel a bit uncomfy even though you loved the taste of it?
It's much better for you to eat less salty when you are on your period.




































2. Work out, work out


If you feel way too uncomfortable with bloating, try exercising for sure!
Or you can just try yoga or simple stretching moves.
It is one of the best ways for you to reduce the pain of bloating and other
PMS symptoms. 



















































3. Don't get close to alcohol or coffee


We know we love beer and coffee, or any other drinks with alcohol
and caffeine. However when you suffer from PMS, then try to 
avoid alcohol or coffee. These will rather soak the water inside your body.
You need to drink more water instead in order to reduce bloating. 





























4. Eat more veggies and fruits


This can't be anymore emphasized. 
We do know that these stuff can't do anyharm to us but good. 
The fresher and healthier food like fruits and veggies you take,
the better you will feel afterwards without bloating and cramping.
