[Yakson House] Hip exercise that will make your legs longer!/Hip up care/Slim hip

Spring is coming soon!











No matter how skinny you are, If you don't have muscles in your hip, 

Your hips looks saggy and less firm and even makes your legs shorter than they are. 











Exercises such as Walking up the Stairs is good exercise to make firm hips.






Today, I am going to tell you about few exercise tips to make your hips firm. 



1. Bridge pose










1. lie down on your mat. 

2. Breathe out and Lift your pelvis for 2 ~ 3 seconds

3. Breathe in and slowly put your pelvis down. 


Repeat this movement for 45 times. 









2. Side Hip Kick




1. Lie down on one side

2. Breathe in and Lift your left leg and stay there for 5 seconds.

3. Breathe out and put your leg back down where they were.

4. Do the same thing for the other side.


Repeat this for 45 times






3. Donkey Kick 










1. Place your both hands on mat with knees bent. 

2. lift left leg slowly making 90 degrees to back of your thigh.

3. Repeat this for 10 times for each leg

4. Switch to different leg
