[Yakson House] How to lose weight in healthy ways/anorexia/weight care/diet

Last Weekend, I went out with my friends and ate all day...

Looks good? Tastes was even better that it looked. 

I love eating, who doesn't?

It makes me happy but when I see my belly I always feel like I need to go on a diet. 

I mean many people are conscious about their weights but especially girls have issues 

with their weights all the time.  

When you open a magazine, you see those skinny models everywhere, and girls want to 

be like them. I am quite surprised to find out that a lot of girls don't like what they see in 

the mirror. Women of all ages constantly feel pressured by friends, family, the media and 

especially themselves to lose weight or "Stay Skinny."

Some girls choose such a dangerous way to lose weight such as starving themselves. 

Many people tend to forget about all the serious health risks that come along with 

extreme dieting, starvation diets and even eating disorders. 

Extreme dieting or starvation diets can cause what we call "Anorexia" 

"Anorexia" is an eating disorder that causes people to obsess about their weight and the 

food they eat. People with anorexia attempt to maintain a weight that's far below normal 

for their age and height. To prevent weight gain or to continue losing weight, people with 

anorexia may starve themselves or exercise excessively.

If you don't get treatment, It can eventually lead to "death". 

It's important to lose weight in healthy ways. 

I want to share few tips on how to lose weight in healthy ways.

2. Use tools that help you with tracking your progress.

3. Think Lifestyle Change, not short-term

4. Pay attention while you are eating

5. Stop eating before you are full

6. Chew your food thoroughly
