How is your day going? I hope everyone is doing well. 

Lately, I find a lot of people go vegan. I personally love meat so It was hard to 

understand for me why people go for vegan. 

so, I looked for an article about benefits of being a vegan. 

Now, I am half convinced and probably going to try someday. ^^ 

I believe there is nothing wrong with eating meats if you are doing so in 

moderation but research shows that being a vegetarian have many health 

advantages.

1. Vegetarians have lower blood pressure on average and vegetarian diets are 

used for people who need intervention. 

2. Vegetarians tend to be leaner than meat eating person.

3. Vegetarians tend to have lower cholesterol level and body mass index.










* For the Environment


 From recycling our household trash to cycling to work, we are all aware of 

ways to live a greener life. Yet, did you know that one of the most effective 

ways to lower your carbon footprint is to avoid animal products?

The production of meat and other animal products places a heavy burden on 

the environment - from crops and water required to feed the animals, to the 

transport and other process involved from farm to work. The vast amount of 

grain feed required to meat production is significant contributor to 

deforestation, habitat loss and species extinction.

Preventing the exploitation of animals is not the only reason for becoming 

vegan, but for many it remains the key factor in their decision to change. 

whether you simply love cute, fluffy animals or believe that all creatures have 

right to life and freedom, avoiding animal products is one of the most 

obvious ways you can take a stand against animal cruelty.
