Crayon Pop began their promotions in Japan, using their time there also to film the music videos for their debut track. The group officially debuted on 24 June 2012 with the release of both the Korean and Japanese music videos for their first single “Bing Bing”.
To continue with the group's Japanese promotions, a mini-concert was held on 6 January 2013 in Shibuya, Tokyo.  After assuring Japanese fans of another concert during the success of the mini-concert in Tokyo, Chrome Entertainment held a second mini-concert, this time in Osaka, on 22 February 2013.
On 8 June 2013, Crayon Pop performed live a preview version of their new song Bar Bar Bar for the first time.
