step 1 use thumb and put your thumbs on the edge of jawbone. press thumbs for 4 sec and push the jawbone.    step 2 make round your hand and put the thumbs inside of lower jaw. use forefinger's knuckle, press it for 2 sec. step 3 use your bottom side of your palm, put it on the jaw line. push the bottom side of your palm for 4 sec. when push the jaw line, take  the rest of fingers off the face.
