Exercises to Relieve Low Back Pain

1. Deep breathing to relax
Deep breathing is one of the best ways to relax the body. Lie on your back and engage in deep breathing to help relax your muscles relieving to back pain. Your painful back may be more comfortable because back pain is often caused by muscle tension.

2. Stretching
Stretching can help to relief back pain because stretching increased blood flow to the area. Lying down on the floor and pull both knees to your chest (keep 20 seconds). Return to the starting position.  

3. Proper Standing Posture
Good posture is important for the protection of muscles and joints. Some people always get back pain when they standing in one position for a long time or they have bad posture in their day. So proper standing posture can improve back pain. Proper posture correct alignment of body structure.
