Importance of Drinking Water, Drinking Water Enough, Drinking Water Standards
Weather is getting hotter and hotter means
we need to drink more water for summer. How
much water do we really need to
drink? Eight glasses a day?
Basically we all need water to survive because
water keeps every part of our body working properly but many people don`t like
drinking water so scientist suggest to eat water rich foods such as watermelon,
tomatoes and broccoli. At least 20 percent of the water that comes from these
foods.
I carry a water bottle with me every day so
I constantly drink it enough. It is not easy to measure your daily intake water
or set the alarm clock to remind your water time. . Do you have any idea
drinking water for yourself?
