Leg cycle exercise
Start lying on your back with both legs upward and places your arms out at your sides for balance. Keep cycling motion with your feet in the air slowly. Repeat this exercise as tolerated. This is a great exercise for abs.
Side lying leg lift
The leg lift in side lying is one of the most basic exercises for hip and legs. But it is not easier than you thought. Lie on your left side with your legs straight out and rest your head on your left hand, lift your right leg and keeping your toes softly pointed. Repeat 8-12 times on each leg.
