How to Do Straight Leg : Strengthen your legs with straight leg dead lift exercise.
Step 1: Do 2 repetition of this exercise
per set
Keep your legs straight out on floor. Right
leg out and one leg forward bend. Keeping your back straight and push against
the bone of your right leg for 10 seconds. Hold and repeat on your other leg.
Step 2: Do 10 repetition of this exercise
per set
Same position described in step 1, use both
hands to hold your knee up and down
Step 3: Do 10 repetition of this exercise
per set
Bend leg out to the side and hit lower
thigh bone several times. Your hand should be comfortable like holding egg.
