Jeju Island is a vocanic island which is located southwest of the Korea, the largest island but smallest province in Korea. It is only 1 hour form Seoul by air plane. Jeju Island has become a favorite retreat with honeymooner and tourists. Jeju Island is famous for its natural beauty such as beaches, rocks and Mt. Halla. Mt. Halla rises in the center of Jeju to 1950m above sea level. 1. The steps are well constructed but it is a little crowed with tour groups. At the top is an excellent view of coast and crater. Definitely worth a visit, you just have to go there to see it yourself.
