MEDITATION
Meditation
is a practice of religion practiced in ancient Asia, such as India, China, and
Japan, but is now one of the complementary therapies that has become a way of
mind healing. Meditation was thought to be the exclusive possession of monks,
but nowadays many people knows the various benefits of meditation, meditation
is now become widely known.
Meditation
is such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular thought or activity.
It’s sitting in a quiet place with eyes closed, focusing on breathing, focusing
on one's consciousness, or falling into a contemplative state to feel secure.
Here
are some simple ways to meditate in your life.
Transcendental
Meditation
1. For
twice a day, choose a quiet place and do it for 15 to 20 minutes before eating.
2. Take
a comfortable position with the soles of your feet on the ground. It is not
good to lie down at this time.
3.
Close your eyes for about one minute and breathe comfortably and naturally.
4. To
dispel distracting thoughts and concentrate on your mind, repeating sounds that
have no special meaning, such as 'oh ~ oh'. This is called 'mantra'. At this
time, you should concentrate on the breath as if the mind enters and exits the
body following the breath.
Through meditation, we hope you can reduce stress, anxiety,
depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception, self-concept, and
well-being.
