[YAKSON] HOW TO PROTECT MY SKIN FROM CRAZILY HOT WEATHER
Doing outdoor activity on a hot day
increases the temperature of your skin. If you are exposed to the
direct sunlight, the skin temperature will rise up to 40 degrees Celsius.
As the skin get heat up, the moisture inside the skin evaporates
and it makes your skin dry. Also, it will cause rapid aging, loss of elasticity,
and wrinkles. Therefore, you should always keep the skin temperature of 30 to
32 degrees Celsius.
1.Do not take a hot bath
When you soak your body in hot water for a long time, your skin
temperature rises up to 38 to 40 degrees Celsius.
Increasing skin temperature causes rapid aging such as wrinkles
and loss of elasticity of skin.
Therefore, you should refrain from taking a hot shower.
2. Refrain from using
cooling products
The ingredients contained in cooling products such as ethanol,
denatured alcohol, propane, and dim-ethyl ether give a cool and refreshing
feeling, but they only provide immediate cooling effects.
Rather, you should refrain from using a cooling products because
alcohol or ethanol can cause skin irritation. If you really want to use a
cooling product, it's a good way to use a product without alcohol or ethanol.
3. Avoid outdoor activities from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Infrared ray is one of the major causes of aging and the sun
blazes down most powerfully between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in a day.
Therefore, it is recommended that you should avoid yourself
directly exposed to the sun.
4. Make sure to put
sunscreen
Wearing sun-block is a great way to prevents hot UV rays and
infrared rays. Make sure to wear sunscreen 20 minutes before going out.
Also, bring a portable sunscreen in your bag
and put it on your skin every two hours. By doing so, you can keep your skin safe
from sunlight.
