There are many rules in the world.
Do you have your own rules?
Here are some Do's and Don'ts list
for your health and for clean eating.









First, let's talk about Do's.











Never skip your breakfast.

Eat breakfast everyday within an hour of rising.











Split your meals.

Eat 5 or 6 meals each day.
It doesn't mean eat a full portion of food
 6 times a day.

Try to split your breakfast, lunch and dinner by half.
And then eat it every two hours.









Use a cooler. 

Carry a cooler packed with clean food each day.

Purchase a medium cooler, 
so that you can carry some snacks and meals
wherever you go.
 
Keep it fresh!
















In the other hand, there is something
you need to avoid.
















Swap the white flour, sugar, and breads 
for wheat flours or whole grain.

All over-processed foods, particularly 
white flour and sugar are never going to
work for you positively.

When you need some white flour,
try to use mashed cauliflower.








No more artificial food. 

For example, Artificial sugar.
processed cheese slice. 


When you bake, most of you might be able to
use sugar, use unsweetened applesauce, then.

It is because it contains non fat with low calories.






What do you order for drink in restaurant?
Coke? Sprite?

Soda is one of food that contains
a ton of sugar.
