It's much better for us to match up proper food to eat at the right moment
enjoying your sports with full energy. 

Let us go through the food tips of what we should consume
during working out! :) 


















1. Bike-riding


It's the best for bike riders to have simple and light meals 
about couple hours before workout. 
However, make sure to bring some bananas or protein bars just in case
you become hungry during hardcore bike-riding. 
Also, make sure you drink recovery beverages after!






















2. Yoga


Beware that if you are way too full before yoga, it might not be helpful
for you to perform proper yoga moves. 
In order to maintain proper muscle condition during yoga,
it's good for you to have bananas or sweet potatoes before doing yoga.
Also, make sure not to drink water during workout 
since it will hinder your performance and concentration.



















3. Swimming


It's actually not good for you to start swimming with starved belly.
It's best for you to have proper amount of meals 
couple hours before swimming. It's better to 
avoid too much fat-contained food. 
Light meals such as sandwiches, energy bars or dried fruits 
will help you perform swell!
