1. How to Avoid PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome)


Doctor Sara Gottfried recommended the three things to avoid PMS.




A) Don't Have an Overloaded Schedule a Week Before Your Period.

This is a time for you to relax. Right before your period comes,

You might feel unstable and insecure

Try to have fun schedules if you have to like dinner with good friends.
























B) Rub Your Back


Rubbing your back gently relax your mind and body

reducing the level of a stress hormone, Cortisol

and increasing endorphin.  






















C) Exercise Regularly


Exercising regularly will make you feel awesome and happy.

It gives you energy and helps you to overcome slumps.

If you don't like going to the gyp, simply follow the yoga videos 

on Youtube at home! 
























2. Eat Salad


According to the recent studies, people feel more satisfied with their meal

when there is salad on the table. 

So, even though try to prepare salad for every meal.

It's good for you health and easy to prepare.























3. No Late Night Meals


Even though you work late, try no to have meals at night.

This is because everything you eat at night turns into fat!

If you gotta eat something, have one or two bananas which contain 

lots of fiber!
