Hi there! 

Do you like to have late night meals

because you are hungry and want some saltiness?

That's a really bad, bad, bad idea!

60-70% of strokes are caused by high intake in sodium.

If you like to eat salty foods,

you are more likely to crave for sweets.

Isn't that crazy?


Also, those who are obese have a habit to eat

salty foods and have swelling in their body.


Habits to Lessen Intake of Sodium

1. Don't Spread the Sauce on food
- Dip it.

2. Choose Wisely
- Pick foods with less calories.

It's important to eat foods that help expel sodium in our body.

They are usually high in potassium.

1. Fruits

Among fruits, Bananas, kiwis, pears are typical.

They all have lots of potassium.

2. Vegetables

Potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushroom, tomatoes, spinach

will help too.


3. Tofu

Try to eat more tofu

when you have to eat foods that have tofu in them.

It will prevent you from waking up with a  swollen body next morning.
