Here are some of their secret recipes!


















Strawberry Spa Water


Ingredients – 1 lb Sliced Strawberries, 1 Pitcher Water, Ice


Put strawberries and water to pitcher. 
For at least 6 hours, cover and refrigerate it for a night. 
Don’t forget to add ice before serving.
From studies, it was found that ellagic acid from strawberries kill cancer cells.
And Vitamin C helps to remove fats from the liver.

Natural Belly Slimming Detox Water


Ingredients – 1 Cucumber, 1 Lemon, 1 Orange, 10 Fresh Mint Leaves, Ice, 2 Liters of Water


Fill in the water or pitcher with the slice of cucumber, lemon and orange.
Then, let the water to cool in a fridge about an hour. 
Leave it longer for better taste.




Cucumber helps to get rid of ammonia from the liver and kidneys.
Lemon also helps you with constipation, heartburn, or gas.
Great!



















Apple Cinnamon Detox Water


Ingredients – Apples, Cinnamon Sticks(powder is ok too), Water, Ice

A Fuji apple is sliced and tossed into the pitcher accompanied with the cinnamon stick. 
Cover it with ice.
Subsequently, fill the pitcher with water and allow it
to set in the fridge for 15 minutes before drinking.



Apples are so great for our liver.
The malic acid from them will soften the liver and help stones to get out.




















Flat Belly Detox Water


Ingredients – ½ Cup of Watermelon, 10 Fresh Mint Leaves, Water


Add watermelon in a large jar (Freezing watermelon is suggested). 
Add the mint leaves. 
Then, add water. After that, allow to chill for 10 minutes before drinking.

Watermelon will help you with your metabolism because it removes toxins in your body.
Especially your liver. 
Instead of sugar, mint can take the role of sweetness.
Sugar adds more calories, but mint is almost zero calorie!



















Grapefruit Water


Ingredients - 1 red sliced grapefruit , 24 oz water


Put grapefruit slices into a 32oz mason jar.
Then, fill with water.
Lastly, close the jar with lid on and put in fridge overnight
or at least 30 minutes before drinking.






Grapefruits help you to cleanse your liver by the aid of vitamin C and antioxidants.
Your liver will be able to balance the workload as you drink this juice!
