Today, my blog posting is about how to deal with swollen faces.
For summer, we got to be ready to expose our faces to others!
Here are some great tips!












Improve Your Bad Habits
Try not to rest your chin on your one hand and sleep on your stomach.
These two habits prevent you from having a symmetric face
and a good blood circulation of your whole body.














Eat Diuretic Foods
When we eat salty foods, we give our kidneys a strain
Because our body wants a lot of water.
As a result, we don’t eliminate enough water and waste in our body.
So, we become swollen.
Watermelons are one example
Potassium and Vitamin E could be helpful too.

















Keep Your Body Warm
It’s easy to forget this during summer because it gets so hot!
However, it was found that people with cold bodies are more likely to be swollen.
The colder your body is the slower your metabolism is.

I recommend you to do foot bath once a day for better blood circulation.















Do Little Face Exercises
We only use 20~30% muscles of our face.
When we don’t use our face muscles well, there will be more waster matter
And bigger fat chunks on our face.
To have beautiful faces, frequently exercise your faces during the day!
Say Ah, Eh, Ee, Oh, Oo!
