[YAKSON HOUSE] HOW TO LOSE ARM FAT





Hi there,
Do you want to get rid of your saggy arms?


Today, I have a few exercises to lose arm fat!


















As we get older,
fats in our arms want to stay in the lymph nodes in our body
especially in armpit



So, it's always important to stretch your arms and shoulders
and massage them often.














Muscles will stop fats to dwell in our arms!
Here are the exercises for sexy arms.

































1. Pushups


Just like the picture,
make the legs at a right angle.

Put your arms on anything stable like 
sofa, chair, or low table.

Make your arms at a right angle
as you go down.



Tip. You can lift one of your legs to intensify the workout!



















Make sure you breath in and out
as you go down and go up













2. Dumbbell


Prepare 2 dumbbells or 2 water bottles.


Hold tight the dumbbells
and lift them up high. 


Make sure your arms are right next to your ears.
Slowly lower them.












3. Stretching every morning


You should massage your arms as often as possible!


Try to move your arms in a big gesture.


Tip. Pat your armpits 20 times for each one.
This will help you to eliminate toxin.
