[YAKSON HOUSE] 5-MINUTE WORKOUT FOR SLIM CALVES / SEXY LEGS / SLIM CALVES
























Summer has already come.
We all want for slim and healthy legs for summer, right? 
Bu, what should we do with our big calves that ruin our slim legs?



Don't worry!
Here is the solution.




















Today, we will introduce a 5-min workout for slim calves
that everyone can easily follow.
































The calves get bigger as our Achilles tendon becomes short.
When it becomes short, fat and muscles all get bigger.
























Especially with heels, Achilles tendon is more likely to become shorter.
This means bigger calves!

So, we should do some workout to make our Achilles tendon longer!

















Here are three easy steps to follow!




1. Keep you legs together and stand in front of a wall.

2. Put your hands on the wall and your legs should be about 30cm far from the wall.

3. Lean your body towards the wall and push back your legs.
Try to make a triangle with the wall, your body, and the ground.

















If you do this workout everyday for 5 minutes,
you can have slimmer calves and perfect legs for summer!
