Natural fruit recipe

1 Pomegranate-Lemon Syrup

October to March is the pomegranate's season.

Feel the skin and separate grains one by one.
Then crystallize it with lemon.

2 Wild Blue Berry Syrup

Wild blue berry is extremely purple colored fruit.
Not like the farmed fruit which just has purple skin,
it has purple flesh as well.

If you cannot get to buy wild blue berries,
it is okay to use the frozen one.

3 Pear-Ginger Lemon Syrup

Ginger is warming food, it warms up body and stomach.
Pear is good for cold and throat.

Make syrup with ginger, pear and lemon together,
it is even better than the cold medicine.

4 Japanese quince-Ginger Syrup

Japanese quince warms up the body,
and improves body metabolism.

At cooking Japanese quince,
using mincing knife is much efficient.

5 Grapefruit Syrup

Cooking Grapefruit does not need processes,
like washing or boiling.

Just feel the skin and seed,
crystallize with sugar.
When 3~4 days after made is the best.
