[Yakson House] Greek yogurt/Abdomen care

weeks.

So, I want to talk about famous Greek yogurt. 

I know Greek yogurt has been around some time in Western countries. 

However, This one has been one of the hot items lately in Korea. 











Greek Yogurt is a great way to boost your protein levels while avoiding heavy foods 

like meats. 

Also, Greek Yogurt is packed with Probiotics. These are microorganisms such as 

bacteria and yeast. 

These normally live in your intestines, and having good microorganisms in your 

intestines helps keep you healthy. 




The process of making regular and Greek yogurt starts off the same: Milk is first 

heated, then cooled to the desired fermentation temperature before bacterial 

cultures are added. 





The mixture is then left to ferment until the bacteria grows, produces lactic acid, and 

gels the milk proteins to produce regular yogurt. 

To make Greek yogurt, regular yogurt is strained extensively to remove liquid whey 

and lactose, leaving behind a thicker-textured yogurt. 







you can make this at home too. 

All you need is Probiotic yogurt drink and a milk. 

You heat milk in the microwave for 3 minutes first. 

Then, mix with yogurt drinks and heat it for 3 minutes again. 

You leave it in the microwave for 10 hours to ferment it on its own. 


Have your big bowl and gauze ready and pour the fermented mixture onto the gauze.

This step is needed to separate the actual yogurt and a liquid part. 

Put the separated yogurt in the container and keep it refrigerated for about 6 hours. 


You are ready to eat now!
