Plot: This drama will tell the story of a father who separates with his daughter, their love, hate and reconciliation. Seo Young (Lee Bo Young) is a tough woman who tries to escape the harsh life of poverty with a strong passion to gain success, overcome her lower status and rise in society. On the road to fulfill her dream, she cuts ties with her poor family and incompetent father (Chun Ho Jin) who still love his daughter despite her bitterness.

It seems like another Cinderella story however it already passes 30 percent viewership rating. I guess it will be interesting to see My Daughter Seo Young.

Another CNBLUE member in this drama, Lee Jung Shin plays the role of a high school boy named Kang Sung Jae who is in love with his tutor Lee Seo Young (Lee Bo Young). My Daughter Seo Young is his debut drama as an actor and I think he will successfully complete his first drama.
