You may already know Obesity is the source of all illnesses.  It also has a bad impact on people’s health.  However, Visceral Fat is the most dangerous fact.


Quotation from Wikepedia Visceral fat or abdominal fat also known as organ fat or intra-abdominal fat, is located inside the abdominal cavity, packed between the organs (stomach, liver, intestines, kidneys, etc.). Visceral fat is different from subcutaneous fat underneath the skin, and intramuscular fat interspersed in skeletal muscles.







Now, we are going to talk about how to reduce Visceral Fat.



First, the most effective way is aerobic exercise. We should realize weight training does not work to reduce visceral fat. in addition, how long your exercise lasts is the matter.



Tip 1.  How to exercise
