Self Leg Massage, Leg Massage Techniques





Massage can reduce stress and provide body relief. Massage also improves body circulation. I often have leg cramps, it occur due to muscle tightening so leg massage is one of the best treatment for my cramped leg.

Choose right place to give massage with enough space, floor is better than bed. Warm temperature helps to relax your body. Before you start make sure your hands are well oiled. Keep your feet on the floor and stark kneading the whole leg from ankle to thigh using hands and finger. Repeat 10 times on each leg. Press down in a circular motion from thigh to ankle deeply.
