Working out with a jump rope is a great way
to lose weight. It will burn a good amount of calories, as well as get the slim
body. I also try all kinds of new exercises to lose weight, but didn`t work
well so far. Recently I have tried rope-jumping, this is easy and a great
calorie burner. Every day I walk in the park at least 1 hour and I do jump
