One food diets

One food diets are based on one single food like mushroom, fruits, cubage soup. A lot of people think that a one food diet is the best way to lose weight. But a one food diet is an unbalanced approach to nutrition and weight loss. Especially in Korea, a one food diet was very popular.

I also tried on food diet but I get a lot of stress from it. It was boring and sometime just starved and I run into diet problem because of diet plan.

Don`t Skip Breakfast

So how to lose weight the healthy way my advice is don`t skip breakfast. Many studies says breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But when you skip breakfast you may eat more foods than you normally eat.
